What to expect
Orders placed before 14:00 WITA ship the same day. Orders placed after will ship the following morning. We pack carefully — every garment is wrapped in tissue and shipped in a soft, reusable canvas bag.
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the order leaves the storefront. If yours has not arrived within the window, please write to us — we will follow it up personally.
Duties & taxes
All shipments leave Bali on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Any customs duties, import VAT, GST, or courier handling fees assessed by your country are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable on delivery. We declare the order value exactly as paid, per Indonesian export regulations.
Useful notes by region: the United States has a de minimis threshold of USD 800 — almost all our pieces ship without any duties. The European Union and the United Kingdom charge local VAT plus a courier handling fee on arrival; expect roughly 20–25% of the order value. Australia charges 10% GST on shipments above AUD 1,000. For an exact figure, please check your country's customs site — rates and thresholds are set by the destination country and can change without notice.
If a parcel is refused on arrival because of customs charges, the outbound and return shipping are non-refundable.
